What we do. We collect race bibs and race packs at the official Expo as the runners' authorised delegate, then hand them over at a meeting point near the start line or leave them at your hotel reception. The service is provided by The Running Pack, Rome, Italy.
What we need from you. Your request details in this form and, once we confirm your request, for each runner: their registration confirmation, a copy of their ID and the organiser's delegation form signed by them. If anything is wrong or missing and the organiser refuses to release a bib, we can't complete the service for that bib.
Price. €15 per bib, paid in advance through a payment link we send after confirming we can collect your bibs.
Organiser rules. Each race sets its own rules for delegated pickup. If the organiser doesn't allow us to collect a bib, we'll tell you and refund you in full for that bib.
Refunds. Before we collect a bib: full refund on request. Once we have collected a bib: no refund if you cancel, can't run, or miss the handover. The only exception is if we fail to hand the bib over to you at the agreed time and place for reasons on our side, in which case you get a full refund for that bib. If you miss the agreed handover, we'll try to arrange a new handover before race day.
Your consent. By booking, you ask us to start the service right away and you understand that once we have collected your bib you lose any right to withdraw.
Your data. We use your documents only to collect your bibs. We delete ID copies and signed forms within 7 days after race day and never share them, except with the organiser at the Expo desk. If you send documents for other runners, you confirm they agreed.
Limits. We're responsible for the pickup and handover only, not for your race entry, organiser decisions or whether you make the start line. Our liability is limited to refunding your fee, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.
