Before we collect a bib: full refund on request. Once we have collected a bib: no refund if you cancel, can't run, or miss the handover. The only exception is if we fail to hand the bib over to you at the agreed time and place for reasons on our side, in which case you get a full refund for that bib. If you miss the agreed handover, we'll try to arrange a new handover before race day.
